Good Digestion was created to relieve my own digestive issues.

Back in 2010, I began experiencing a range of digestive issues, including bloating, gas, heartburn, constipation, diarrhea, acne, and fatigue. Bloating was the most challenging symptom; my stomach would inflate like a balloon after nearly every meal. Despite consulting several doctors, a solution remained elusive.

My struggle persisted until a visit to a naturopath shed light on the benefits of digestive enzymes. It became clear that, like many others, my body was having difficulty digesting various foods. I started on a regimen of several different digestive enzyme supplements to tackle all the major food sensitivities and alleviate my symptoms.

While this approach was beneficial, it was also costly and inconvenient—managing multiple bottles and figuring out the right number of pills to take was a hassle, particularly when dining out. Most enzyme supplements recommend a dosage of 1 to 4 capsules, adding to the pill count. The necessity of an all-in-one enzyme formula became apparent, so I asked myself why no brand had addressed this gap in the market.

Driven by my frustration and the lack of a comprehensive solution, I decided to create one myself. In partnership with a leading enzyme manufacturer in the United States, Good Digestion was formulated to be the straightforward, all-encompassing solution I had been looking for.
